Frequently asked questions
Can I wear these on heavy flow days?
These are designed for light flow, spotting, and light bladder leaks. On heavier days, we recommend pairing them with a menstrual cup or tampon for extra security.
How do I wash them?
Machine wash cold with similar colors. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat to protect the lining.
Will they show under tight clothing?
The flat mesh construction sits close to the body with no visible bulk. They stay invisible under leggings, fitted dresses, and yoga pants.
How many pairs do I need?
Most customers start with 3 and rotate through their cycle. Having a few on hand means you always have a clean pair ready.
